Professor David Hopkins, HSBC iNet Chair of International Leadership, and Rob Higham have carried out extensive research on the topic resulting in resources including a book and an online course.
SSAT and iNet have launched successful leadership development programmes in four countries so far: England, Australia, Hong Kong and Wales.
