Before sending in any work, please make sure you've checked it against the following points:

Deadlines

Make sure you're not sending in your work too late. The deadlines are as follows

• What do you do for fun? Deadline Monday 13 October 2008
  

Personal details

• You should include your first name, first letter of your last name, age and country, but nothing more detailed
• Don't include any personal contact details (email, phone number, address, bebo/myspace/facebook/msn name etc.) for yourself, other students or teachers

Photos of students

Unfortunately we can't accept photos of students who created the work.

Written work

• Please submit as either a word document or in the body of a plain text email
• If there are any pictures to be included please attach them separately; don't put them inside the word document

Audio

Audio recordings must meet the following technical specifications:

• MP3 (MPEG-2, Layer 3)
• Mono
• 32kbps
• Sample rate: 22.05kHz
  

Video

These should be sent in either WMV or AVI format, or alternatively you could upload your video to a video hosting site such as youtube and send us the link.

PowerPoint presentations

Please do not embed video in the presentation. There are a few free tools online that enable you to combine videos and presentations into one video.

Websites

If you are sending us a link to eg a video, you might also be able to send us an embedding code, so we can put your video straight into th econference web page.

If you're not able to do this, please send us a short paragraph explaining what your website is about.
