Professor David Hopkins, HSBC iNet Chair of
International Leadership, is offering a sequential four
module program focusing on 21st century schooling and how to lead
its transformation. Taking into account the global context, David’s
work will assist schools with processes and tools for school-based
professional learning.
Offered over ten months, Your 21st century school provides
an in-depth and continuous process which will enthuse and prepare
school leaders to work on ‘going whole school’. The four modules
covered are:
- Where are we really at with school reform and
transformation?
- School change: Theory into action
- A generic process for school change: Going 'whole school'
- Realising the potential of system leadership
Toolkits
Your 21st century school is also supported by optional toolkits
for use in schools. These include steps to develop a repertoire of
teaching and learning strategies and checklists on how to implement
school improvement groups.

Information on booking onto the next modules (held in May and
