Participants in the programme will:

• Join a cohort of developing leaders, supported by an experienced educational leader, in order to share ideas with one another
• Attend a range of events and meetings designed and delivered by leading headteachers (download the brochure for full information)
• Complete four assignments, including a case study on innovation and change based in their school (read an example assignment)
• Have access to high quality training and implementation strategies relating to personalising learning
